Central Queensland University

Chiropractic Facility Level 2 Station Road Indooroopilly

Design & Construct tender won by JAAM in collaboration with DM2Architecture. Our second project with CQU we had a great understanding of the Universities requirements for the project design with the brief delivered in the from Room data sheets.

Design period was completed in 6 weeks. Fast track construction was undertaken to complete all major service works prior to Christmas period. Works undertaken in a 5 level fully occupied building with numerous tenants and no parking. 22 Chiropractic room facility with a Full Operational X ray room

We undertook a full remodel of the existing coffee shop during the Christmas shut down period. We worked closely with the client Peter Shaw to help facilitate his visions for the new café. We assisted in the choice of colours, product selections, setout and planning.

JAAM rebuilt our café, Hobby Lane in Mitchelton, and it was the most rewarding experience. At no time was it stressful. James and Matt were extremely generous with their time and fun to work with. Details were not a problem. I cannot thank them enough for their tireless hard work and wonderful job they did. I looked very carefully at quotes from 2 other Shop fitters and JAAM exceeded all expectations. JAAM also came well under budget which allowed us to invest in some high quality finishes we thought were beyond reach. I would not hesitate to recommend JAAM to anyone – Peter Shaw
