Full refurbishment of a building built in 1964. New roof, new facade on exterior of building increasing the usable space in the classrooms. New services including air conditioning, data, fire services plus switchboard upgrade were installed. JAAM Projects fitted out the top floor with new classrooms, and new locker area on ground floor. Facade was 50m x 7m high on the South, 10m x 7m on East, new glass facade to level 2 classrooms on North.
